Our vacation homes are a great alternative to hotel or condominium vacations, offering the activities and facilities of a five star resort. All of our Vacation Homes feature a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. The full size bath is complete with towels. In addition, your vacation home is equipped with 70 channels of cable TV, central A/C, free local phone service and fresh linens. The linens and towels are replaced during a weekly clean.

With almost 500 square feet of living space, our homes can accommodate two guests in our one-bedroom models and up to 4 guests in our two-bedroom models. Converter models are furnished with two sleeper sofas, giving you the extra living space with the flexibility for sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. Enjoy the great tropical Florida weather by dining at your picnic table or relax on the furnished lanai with a cold drink.

Most vacation homes are 500 square feet. A one bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably and a two bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with pull out sofas for overnight guests.

Deluxe Platinum vacation homes are the most luxurious in the resort with a raised lanai.

Deluxe Gold vacation homes offer all of the amentities of the platinum with a ground level screen room.

Deluxe vacation homes are our newer rental homes. Each has a patio and picnic table.

Premium vacation homes are a good value with a patio and picnic table.

Standard vacation homes are older and more economical.

Regardless of style, all of our vacation homes are fully equipped and maintained in sparkling clean condition by our Clean Team.

All of our vacation homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in the park model, screen room or the lanai. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

Pet friendly vacation homes are available for an additional weekly fee per pet. The maximum number of pets per home is two. The weekly pet fee for a Deluxe Platinum home is $75.00 per pet. The weekly pet fee for all other homes if $50.00 per pet. A refundable pet deposit is also required ($300.00 for Deluxe Platinum homes and $150.00 for all other homes.)
