A Unique Experience

Sun-N-Fun is a Sarasota icon. Generations of locals have been coming here for half a century to spend their summer days poolside. And now, winter residents and RVers are passing on this tradition to their children. If you become a homeowner, you don't just move in, you become a part of Sun-N-Fun. Although we've been around awhile, our diligent maintenance and constant modernizing keep the resort looking its best.

What makes Sun-N-Fun such a special place? One thing is the sheer number of activities available to winter residents and RV guests, many of them run by our team of 300 resident volunteers who bring a real sense of passion to what they do.

We are like no other resort. You might expect tennis teams, but how many winter resorts boast a day spa that promises to soothe the soul and renew the spirit? Here, you'll discover everything from lawn bowling to disc golf. Some resorts may offer yoga classes, but we have a yoga studio and a fully equipped fitness center. We start the winter with a unique series of programs focusing on the mind, body and spirit, not to mention our extensive arts and crafts programs or our computer classes in social networking.

Then there's the way we look after all the details. We don't just have modernized bathhouses for the convenience of our RVers, we also have pet baths - with hot water - and two bark parks so your pets can have fun and get their exercise too. Even the big dogs can enjoy a long run in our 1- 1/2 acre, west end bark park.
