Resort Amenities
The use of Sun-N-Fun amenities, pools, hot tubs, sports courts, mini putt, shuffleboard, tennis courts and horseshoe courts are all included in your stay.
Sun-N-Fun offers selected items in our Resort store like frozen items, ice cream and souviniers. Our Welcome center offers RV supplies. With a 5 mile radius you do a several large grocery stores.
Yes, Boondocks, our seasonal restaurant serves a variety of mouth watering dishes. The poolside bar and grill is open 7 days a week year round.
Sun-N-Fun has a computer room furnished with 10 computers with high speed internet access for your use. If you bring your own laptop, the Internet Access Room will give you the option of ethernet access or wireless connection. There are also wi-fi hot spots throughout the resort. You can check your email at the pool while enjoying a cool drink or a cappuccino!

No, we welcome children of ALL ages.
The resort is one mile east of I-75 at exit 210 (Fruitville Road) in Sarasota, Florida.
You are welcome to bring your golf cart or rent one from Sun-N-Fun. We do require proof of liability insurance and that your cart is in safe working order for any golf cart driven on the property. All drivers must have a valid driver license.
Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is 20 minutes away. Tampa International Airport is 1 hour north of Sarasota.
Wood burning campfires are not allowed at Sun-N-Fun but you can use an enclosed gas burning fire pit.

Vacation Home Rentals / RV & Camping
Each vacation home comes fully equipped with kitchen inventory, cable TV, towels and linens and a starter pack of coffee, sugar, creamer, paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper and bath soap to get you started when you arrive. We recommend that you bring beach towels for use at the pool and hot tubs.
Check in time for RV's is 1:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Check in time for vacation homes is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM.
Yes, you may have guests visit you while at Sun-N-Fun. From May - Labor Day weekend unless the Summer Pool Pass has been extended, a day pass fee of $6 per person Monday Thru Thursday and $8 Per person Friday Thru Sunday is charged. Guests are not allowed in after 11:00 PM. It is recommended that you alert the Welcome Center when you are expecting guests so they may direct them to your site.
We do allow two pets per site and do not restrict by size or breed. Retractable leashes are not allowed at Sun-N-Fun. Your pet must be on a leash at all times and may not be left outside unattended. With two fenced in dog runs, your pooches will have plenty of activity as well. When renting a vacation home there is a $50 fee per pet for the first 1-7 days and then $7.14 per day per pet.
Tent camping is welcome at Sun-N-Fun during the months of May through October.
Summer Day Camp
$25.00 non-refundable registration fee includes two camp t-shirts to be worn every day for camp. Additional t-shirts may be purchased for $7.00 each.
$180.00 per week, including sales tax, lunch and two snacks.
After first full-rate child, 10% discount applies to each additional child.
Summer Fun Pass holders-10% discount applies to each child in family.
$20.00/week before and after camp care (no discount).
$40.00 daily rate (space permitting)
Camp begins June 5th to August 17th at 9AM and ends at 4PM.
Before and after care is from 7:30-9AM and 4-6PM.
Any child left after 4:15PM will be charged $8.00 for after care that day.
Any child left after 6PM will be charged $1.00 per minute.
Fees for the first week are due with registration.
Each additional week is due by the Friday prior.
No. You can pay by the week or by the day (space permitting) as long as fees are paid by the Friday prior to the week attending.
As young as 6 years old or completed kindergarten. As old as 13 or completed 8th grade.
Weekly menus will be available the Friday prior.
Once a week, campers will make their own pizza. Hydration throught the day. Healthy snacks/alternative will be offered daily. Campers will be provided with a nutritious lunch plus 2 snacks each day. Special dietary needs/vegetarian meals upon request.
Daily, your child will experience:
Swim and Hippo Slide (weather permitting),
Outdoor/nature activity,
Sport activity (mini golf, disc golf, basketball, soccer, tennis),
Archery,
Art activity,
Low energy time to cool off (reading, table games, videos).
All activities are on site. We will not be transporting your child outside of the resort.
Amenities With Extra Charges
Yes, you can pay $6 Monday-Thursday and $8 Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a day pass which includes use of the outdoor pool and sport amenities. The pool is open 10am-10pm 7 days a week. Entry subject to resort capacity (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day weekends are typically restricted).
Thru May the slide is open on weekends, starting June thru August 21st the slide will be open every day. It will reopen on weekends thereafter thru September. Monday-Friday the all day armband is $5.50 or you can purchase a 1 time ride for $1. Saturday and Sunday the all day armband is $10.75 or you can purchase a 1 time ride for $2.
The Jumping Pillow is a 33ft by 65ft fun inflatable fitness equipment for all ages normally associated with trampolines or jumping castles. This will be included in the purchase of any Day Pass or overnight stays in the Resort.
