• For reservations less than one month, payment in full is required at time of booking.
• For reservations of one to two months a 50% deposit is due at booking.
• 3 month reservations require $1200.00 due at booking
• 4-5 month reservations require $1500.00 deposit due at booking
• All balances are due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payments may be made by most credit cards, checks or money order. Make personal checks and money orders payable to Sun-N-Fun Resort. Please do not send cash.

For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival a full refund of monies, less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be given, or a voucher for the entire amount for use on a future reservation.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE STAY COMMENCES.NO MONIES WILL BE REDITED TO FUTURE RESERVATIONS IF DEPARTURE IS EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED.

Check in time is after 1pm at the welcome Center drive thru window. Please present your confirmation letter. Check out time is by 11am. If you wish to extend your stay, please do so by the day prior to your scheduled departure as reservations take priority over extensions. Sun-N-Fun is a non-membership RV resort. RV leased sites only.

Check in is after 4pm at the registration desk in the front office. Late arrivals should phone the resort to make arrangements to pick up their keys at the Welcome Center. Check out time is 10am. There are no late check outs. When you arrive your Florida vacation home will come equipped with toilet paper, soap, washcloths and towels. These items will be replaced during the weekly cleaning if your stay is longer than one week.

Your credit card will act as your deposit for any damages incurred to the Florida vacation home. If you are paying cash a $300.00 deposit is required.

Only two pets per site. All dogs must be registered at time of check in. Dog waste is to be picked up and disposed of in the appropriate receptacles, not in the canals, activity bins or laundry bins. All dogs must be on a leash at all times except for when they are inside the dog runs. No flexi-leashes are allowed. Do not allow your pet to defecate on someone else’s property. Pets are never allowed to be tied up or confined to a crate outside when you are not present.
