Sun-N-Fun has a variety of venues creating unlimited possibilities for corporate events, weddings, quinceaneras, family reunions and gala affairs to remember for any occasion and to fit your every need.

With over 7,000 sq ft of space Woodland Hall is our largest indoor banquet room. It is one of the few Sarasota destination venues that can seat up to 350 guests comfortably. Woodland Hall has a full kitchen for our caterers or yours and boasts a large dance floor, sound system, stage, and pull down screen for use in seminars and training events.

The Pavilion is a great place for a family reunion or corporate picnic. The covered outdoor area is 8,000 sq ft and has numerous wooden picnic tables. With a stage at one end and a 2,080 sq ft attached indoor room at the other end, it is bordered on both sides with tennis courts and sand volleyball courts for a total of over 10,000 sq ft. of fabulous Florida fun. Rent just the inside, outside or both for the perfect outdoor fun filled event.

Don't need that large of a space? Sun-N-Fun has many smaller rooms available as well. The Cypress room is 1,700 sq ft. This room also has a large pull down screen for lectures, and enough banquet tables to seat 75-100 guests comfortably.

The Pine room and Magnolia room are both approximately 500 sq ft and have a common door linking them. They are located behind Woodland Hall which makes them perfect brake out rooms for any Woodland Hall seminar.

The Palmetto room, Oak room and The Cottage all are about 400 sq ft and are located throughout the resort. These rooms are equipped with tables and chairs.
