A Bit About Sun-N-Fun

Making Sun-N-Fun the premier vacation home, RV Resort and vacation destination for families in Sarasota and on Florida's Gulf Coast has been the single minded purpose and unwavering goal of Royalty Resorts since we acquired this Sarasota landmark nearly a quarter of a century ago. To achieve that goal we have:

• Assembled a team dedicated to being mindful and responsive to needs of our guests, delivering the highest level of service in our industry.
• Strived to offer an activities-based lifestyle, offering more than 150 different programs from health and leisure activities to sports and creative classes.
• Encouraged a sense of community among our guests through programs here at the resort and through our involvement with the community of Sarasota through our involvement in a wide variety of charities.
• Provided the highest standard of recreational facilities, and constantly maintained and upgraded them. Over the past couple of years we added a new computer room where guests can take classes, a pitch and putt golf course, two 18-person tiled hot tubs, two new bathhouses with warm-water doggie washes outside and two fenced in bark parks, one that is 1- 1/2 acre.
• Plans for future projects include a disc golf course and a state-of-the-art indoor pool and health club.

This ongoing commitment to our guests has won us the highest honor awarded to private Parks and Campgrounds in the U.S. in both 2008 and 2010 - the coveted National Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds (ARVC) National Mega Park of the Year Award. Woodall's Campground Directory has also recognized us with their 5-star rating, an honor achieved by less than 2% of the RV parks nationally.
